4-Week North Star Nurture Circle – Dalkeith

Join me, Amanda, from North Star Nurture for a gentle, supportive special 4-week mum and baby class designed help you navigate the early years of motherhood alongside other mothers on the same journey.

This special 4 week block is coming to Dalkeith at 'CORE.The Studio', on Fridays, starting August 14th, 10:45–11:45am. We will be exploring:

Week 1 (August 14th): Infant Brain Development

Week 2 (August 21st): Parental Regulation (Practical Tools for Triggered Parents)

Week 3 (August 28th): Normal Infant Sleep (From a no sleep training, fully responsive approach)

Week 4 (September 4th): Self-Compassion in Motherhood

I will be teaching mothers a new nervous system care exercise each week as well as an exercise to help you bond and communicate with your baby.

There is parking available at Lidl Dalkeith, making it easy and convenient to attend each week.
